1. How can I place an order? 

To place an order please select your desired item(s) and add to your shopping cart. Once you are satisfied with your selection, follow the instructions on the checkout page to complete your order. As soon as you confirm your order and submit the payment, an e-mail confirmation will be sent to you.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently support following payment methods:

-    Credit/debit card: VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, AMEX

-    PayPal

3.What currencies can I pay with?

You are free to pay in the currency of your choice and you can change your payment currency in the website’s header. If you change your currency, prices will be converted at the daily exchange rates published by Bank of England.

4. How can I cancel or amend my order?

If you would like to cancel your order before you have received your dispatch confirmation email, you must contact us as soon as possible by emailing us at: contact@renabilinski.com

5. Which countries do Rena Bilinski ship to?

We ship to all countries in the world.

6. What is the estimated shipping time?

The estimated delivery time is approximately 3-7 business days; however, this timeline may vary depending on the final destination. Please allow for additional 1 business day for processing and handling your order.

7. Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?

No, the shipping address cannot be changed after the order has been placed. If you have any concerns about an order that has already been placed, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@renabilinski.com

8. How long do I have to return my purchase?

Items may be returned for a refund within 30 days from the date of delivery. Items must have all original tags attached, be un-used and in the original new condition and packaging.

9. How long will my refund take?

Refunds may take up to 14 business days to process once an item has been delivered to our returns facility and may vary depending upon the credit card company that you used for the original purchase.

10. How to clean gemstones?

Natural gemstones are quite delicate, therefore, hot water, harsh chemicals and cleaners should be avoided at all times. Clean your gemstones with a clean, soft, damp cloth after wearing. However,  very porous stones such as Turquoise should be cleaned using an untreated, dry and soft cloth only. Do not ever use tissue paper or paper towels to clean gemstones as they can cause scratching and leave marks on gemstones.

11. Does my jewellery have a warranty?

Every necklace of Rena Bilinski is covered by a two-year warranty on receipt of a valid proof of purchase only. This warranty applies to all of our products across the world, regardless of where you purchased them.

12. I don’t have a proof of purchase, what can I do?

We accept any of the following as a proof of purchase:

An original Rena Bilinski receipt

An online order confirmation

A bank statement showing the transaction.
